In 2020 the company successfully completed a set of solvent cavitation jet cleaning equipment, the principle of the machine, and deliver the rockets use military engineering university, and in 2022, according to the project ZhongKongHua jet mechanism study of ammunition is broken, again with the rockets, the engineering university cooperation, will be held at the end of may provide a set of laboratory cavitation jet test system, is used as the theoretical mechanism of this project.
In 2020, the company successfully developed China's first set of "cavitation jet automatic cleaning device for nuclear power plant steel gate" for CGN Shenzhen Research Institute, and the one-time test was successful. In October 2021, the second set of devices has been designed and manufactured and put into use.
In 2019, the company and Peimabin Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. jointly developed the first "cavitation jet underwater cleaning robot" in China, which is used for underwater cleaning operations of underwater facilities. At present, more than 10 robots have been applied in engineering.

The whole composition of the goods supplied by us is new, unused first grade genuine goods and contains all the latest improvements in design and materials unless otherwise stipulated in the contract. We also guarantee that provides all of the goods under contract no defects in design, material or process (due to design or according to buyer's specifications according to the requirement of the buyer to provide materials produced by the defects of exception), or not due to any act or omission of our defects, these defects project is the work site normal use of the current conditions.
1) The Service is guaranteed to remain valid for a certain period of time after the final acceptance of the contract goods, or for a certain period of time after the arrival of the last batch of contract goods at the destination, whichever occurs first.
2) The Demander shall notify us in writing as soon as possible of any defect found in the goods during the warranty period.
1. Technical accompaniment service:
1) Implement or supervise the on-site assembly and trial operation of the supplied goods;
2) To provide tools necessary for the assembly and maintenance of goods;
3) Provide detailed operation and maintenance manuals for each appropriate single piece of equipment for the goods supplied;
4) To operate or supervise or maintain or repair the supplied goods within a certain period agreed upon by both parties;
5) Provide training to the demander's personnel on the assembly, trial operation, operation, maintenance and repair of the supplied goods at the project site (video guidance for foreign customers).
In addition to the above accompanying services, the following accompanying services are provided:
1) The whole system provides lifetime maintenance;
2) To provide free technical support and guidance for system expansion and improvement planning and design according to the needs of users' development;
3) Free installation and coordination services shall be provided when users purchase new hardware and connect and upgrade the system.
Spare parts Service:
Spare parts required for the normal use of all equipment for one year (this requirement will not have any impact on the quality assurance commitment), the bid price is included in the total bid price.
1) The Demander shall purchase spare parts from us, provided that such selection does not exempt us from obligations during the contract guarantee period;
2) In case the production of spare parts is stopped, we will inform the Demander of the plan to stop production in advance, so that the Demander has enough time to purchase the required spare parts;
3) After the production of spare parts is stopped, we will provide the blueprint, drawing and specification of spare parts to the Demander free of charge if required by the Demander.
Fault response time
①the response time to solve the problem of quality or operation of non-artificial damage to the goods appear problem, user phone repair service response time is 2 hours, I have a user repair service within 10 minutes after the problem feedback to after-sales service maintenance department, and the after-sales maintenance department phone repair service actively, 0.5 hours to know the repair problem, determine the solution in 1 hour, If able to explain clearly and solve the problem over the phone, solve the problem within 2 hours; Product quality problems, our company within 7 to 15 days free replacement.
② Problem solving time
1) During the warranty period, provide 7*24 hours hotline service, and designate special person to be responsible for on-site acceptance of debugging daily maintenance and usually assist the buyer to maintain and test work.
2) Within the service warranty period, respond to customer's warranty within 30 minutes, arrive at the site within 48 hours, solve the problem within 12-24 hours, and adopt the principle of first change and then repair.
3) Troubleshooting timeliness: general faults shall be repaired within 18 hours; major faults shall be repaired within 24 hours; if they cannot be solved, replacement spare parts shall be provided.
